After the drawn test in Antigua, will England look to strengthen their bowling attack, possibly Rashid - or will they rely on the returning Moeen Ali as the replacement spin option for Tredwell?

Light rain at St George's... hopefully clearing before the scheduled start.

Warm and humid conditions looking likely... is that enough for Captain Cook to insert given the option?

If the track is anything like the first test I'd bring Rashid in for Jordan and Ali in for the injured Tredwell.

Seeing as England went with him, they really have to give Trott the series.

The covers are still on... toss delayed

Sir Ian sweating up in the paddock on Sky pre-match interviews.

Suggesting that Rashid might be in the starting line-up... Moeen Ali for Trott then?? Surely they can't leave him out??

If Rashid plays they'll play 3 seamers so Jordan or Stokes.

Good news is that the umpires are coming out to have a look. Covers are off. Clouds hanging around the hills.

Nasser suggesting Rashid is just not bowling well enough to be playing today... Moeen Ali in for Tredwell.

Interesting how Sky don't seem to have managed to have an inside track on this.

Toss will be at 10.40 (15:40 BST) with an 11.00 (16:00 BST) start. Rain-watch continues, though.

Interesting comments from Nasser as opposed to Michael Vaughan who like most Yorkshireman is banging on about including him cos he plays for Yorkshire and both are apparently in the running for the top job.

England have won the toss and inserted.

Moeen Ali for Tredwell the only change.

West Indies team news. Jerome Taylor is out injured. Shannon Gabriel comes in. Bishoo the leg spinner for Benn the other change.

I'd love to be proved wrong but the bowling looks very one dimensional again. If they didn't want to play 2 spinners, then I would have brought Plunkett in to bowl fast.

Pity - all set... and the rain returns before Anderson can start his run up... and they're off!

With Jerome Taylor out of their line-up and Ali back for England our batting looks too strong for their bowling line up.

Hopefully the ball will do a bit on Day 1, we'll get in amongst them and do the damage today.

.

Great toss to win for Ali Cook, he;s one of the best tossers we've had for many years.

Lets hope for more of the same from the previous test, the effort and application on the final day was excellent with some attacking purposeful fields from Cook. If we do the same today the Windies could be all out by close of play despite the rain break if the ball as expected swings.

More of the same?

Not taking 20 wickets in a game.

Yep that will be great....

Pitch was like a road and up against some inspired Windies batting.
