The defensive side of our game has improved in recent weeks and we'll be looking to maintain that on Sunday."
James Marrs

Brighton & Hove Albion women manager James Marrs is relishing the prospect of facing Plymouth Argyle on Sunday, but is expecting a stern test fron the Pilgrims despite a 5-0 victory in the previous meeting between the two sides.
*

The game will be played at the American Elite Football Performance Centre, kick-off 2:30pm, and the Seagulls go into the league encounter boasting three consecutive clean sheets.
*
He told seagulls.co.uk, “I’m really excited and looking forward to the game. We’re at the training ground as well, which is really nice for us – we’ve been training here for the last two weeks so we’re all set and ready to go.
*
“I intend to take absolutely nothing from the previous game because it was so long ago. Our side has changed since then and I would have imagined they will be set up a differently as well, so that result is irrelevant.
*
“We’re in quite a physical league, so they will bring that side of their game and they will need to in order to accumulate points enough to stay up. They will fight tooth and nail to get a result and have good players in their side too, so we have to make sure that we nullify them.
*
“But we’ve got to make sure we focus on ourselves* and perform to the level we know we can reach. The defensive side of our game has improved in recent weeks and we'll be looking to maintain that on Sunday."

The Albion boss will also be opting for a more youthful approach on Sunday with players from the under-17s and development squad set to be given chances to impress. Marrs wants those players to rise to the occasion.
*
“We are thin on the ground and we have got some players out for the long-term. Therefore, it gives us a chance to include some of the under-17s and players from the development squad."We will have a young bench, but we're hoping that those players seize the opportunity and grab it with both hands.”
There are a limited number of free tickets available for the game and any supporters that wish to attend will need to email Tracy.Doe@bhafc.co.uk to gain entry on the day.
