Sorry if it has already been covered but what happens to any balances left on cards when we can't use them anymore?

We are encouraging fans to use up the balance where possible, and you can part pay by ecash and other method if you only have a smallish balance. However, we will accept refund requests for balances greater than £10 up until 31/5/2015.
