What about when the person has moved but there is no 'return to sender address' on the outside of the envelope. Obviously you can't open private correspondence to find out who sent it, do you just bin it?

I had 21 letters for a previous occupier arrive in a single day. So the ain't happening.

I had something similar between lets, 15 letters from the same people, a debt collection agency - sent 'em all back. Good luck getting your debt paid from a tenant on the lam

f you’ve received mail which has your address, but not your name, this is because we deliver to addresses rather than names. If this does happen, you can put a cross through the address and write 'Not known at this address' or 'No longer lives here' and put it back in a letterbox. Where possible, we’ll return the item to the sender hopefully allowing them to update their records.

I think what was meant was that stars account for c4% of the mass of our galaxy, which is slightly (ie massively) different to the assertion.

For completeness, c12% of the mass of the galaxy is inter-stellar gas, and c84% is dark matter (which no one knows anything about at all).

I thought this was the case for most daytime TV shows. I remember back in the day, "crosswits" would film 5 in a morning... because Tom O'Connor would get pissed at lunchtime and be incapable in the afternoon.
