I guess Tony Bloom - it's all come out of his pocket after all - is a long term thinker. Also, the academy is not counted against FFP, so it's not as simple as saying that the £20m could've been spent on the team.

Bloomed investing in bricks and mortar not football. Businessmen turn a profit. You won't find much profit in football. You will in real estate.

There are lies, damn lies, and statistics! OK, point taken, but I've always considered 50 points to be the 'safe' mark - and the sooner we get there the better, because I think that might be needed this season, or very close to it.

Hotel. Stadium. Academy. BHAFC infrastructure/sponsorship potential would. Probably at a profit. There is MINIMAL investment in the first team squad. The last 18 months has been nothing short of asset stripping whilst planning a bloody hotel!

Quite. And if he was just in it to build a hotel, then he would have just built the hotel and not spent 200m in building a high spec stadium and committing to underwrite the continuing annual losses of the football club.

I'm done, believe what you want. All I see is a bloke put up a hell of a lot of money with little chance of getting it back (if he wants to) unless we play top flight football (and even then it would be a push) and you think he has been asset stripping ...

I'm afraid a awful record at home will relegate us. It's a shame as the 20k hardcore home fans deserve better but Hypia's continual poor selection process has ruined confidence at home. I think Millwall will get out of it and I just prey that Rotherham slip into this more. If they don't then it's good bye championship.
