We’ve got to be conscious of going from a really hyped up game against Arsenal, to getting straight back-to-business against Blackpool. "
Chris Hughton

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Chris Hughton wants his players to get back-to-business in today’s clash with Blackpool.
*

Hughton is wary of a possible FA Cup hangover going into the game at Bloomfield Road.
*
He said, “We’ve got to be conscious of going from a really hyped up game against Arsenal, to getting straight back-to-business against Blackpool.
*
“The quality of the pitch will be different, but it’s not an environment that’s unusual to the players.
*
“It’s away from home and we know the pitch won’t be the best, but we’re looking for the battling qualities in the team as well as technical abilities.
*
“You have to play the conditions and adapt, but we need to focus on what we can do in the game.
*
“We know it’s been tough up there with their situation, but we need to focus on what will be a tough game against a team that can be a good side on their day.“We’re confident going into any game; especially if you’re in a good run which we are, but we understand it will be tough and we definitely can’t afford to underestimate them.”

Hughton went onto admit that results in the week were a reminder of the battle Albion face to climb the league table.“There aren’t any easy games and it’s a league that’s hard to predict. It’s very competitive around us and there isn’t a team around us that isn’t capable of winning a game.
“At this moment the league table doesn’t lie – we’re still in a position where a couple of good results can raise you a few places in the division and a couple of bad ones can see you fighting in the bottom three.
“You get some good days with results around you going your way, and you get bad days, but ultimately it’s about us making sure we get enough points to stay clear of it."
