Hi. Bought 2 tickets for the Arsenal game on Friday - all confirmed via Yespay, but no sign at all of the print at home email. This has happened to me before with a previous Cup game. Tried calling the ticket office but it just cut me off saying the enquiry couldn't be dealt with right now... obviously, don't want to find somehow my seats have been sold when the season ticket holder sale period expires. What next?

Okay, sorry to hear that. Emails do take a few hours - especially during busy periods. However it should have come by now. First advice is check your spam folder, it may have gone there. If not, I would advise checking personal details - including email are correct with us - and contacting the ticket office by email to request a duplicate email.
