Why we are in the bottom 3...

Because we refuse to play a team that suits the championship, the majority of teams that are successful at this level have rock solid midfielders, not lightweight midfields (JFC, Gardner & Tex against Millwall

)

My team to change our fortunes would be something like this:

Walton (IMO is he's a better keeper than Stockdale)

Calde
Greer
Dunk
Bennett

Holla
Ince
JFC (Give the poor guy a more creative role and stop ruining him or Diarra if we sign him.

Or 4-4-2 taking Ince out for Baldock.

And there we go, it's not that difficult is it (although I would swap bruno for Calde and the keepers). No kamikaze full backs and no central midfielders covering those full backs leaving us open down the wings and through the centre.

Exactly. So why are we not giving full support to the 11 men on the pitch? What is going on there is ALL that matters for 90 minutes, and proper support is the best and only way that we can positively affect that.

Fulham, Leeds, Birmingham and Bolton have changed their managers. We have not scored enough goals. We are getting gradually worse and lost 2 recent crunch games which we really should have won. In theory it's not too late but in a couple of months I suspect it will be.

Because the manager is an IDIOT

Burke has basically bought players that dont fit the managers system (im not going to say sh1t because they are not apart from maybe COG)

The assistant is an arse who shouts alot from the touchlime and he players have switched off

And he still plays Gardner.

This is why we are bottom three. This is why WE WILL go down.

Bloom has put to much trust in Barber and Burke who have sold the system we. Currently have to Bloom.

This has lead to poor signings an unbalanced squad, the loss of two managers, poor coaches, an even poorer assistant and hiring the only manager who sounded positive about our internal system.

Pretty much sums it up.

We DO have some reasonable players, who are currently devoid of any confidence because we have a Manager who is clueless when it comes to tactics, formations, is incapable of inspiring any of these said players, and has zero idea as to what is his best 11.

Gardner goes back in 2 games time. Unless we do the unthinkable and extend his loan.

If Sami was to come out and say "we know what the problems are and we are doing our best to solve them" instead of a useless silence, fans would understand more.

Or if the results were getting better, not steadily worse.

For reasons better known to the managership, performances have got steadily worse since the Spurs debacle. Before that they were up and down, mostly down.

Unlike Norwich when they got rid of Hughton, we have only got Nathan Jones which might things even worse.
