Well I like his words. They have got to concentrate on their jobs, the basics and do them well. Let him and the coach concentrate on the technicalities. Yes they need to free up a bit , get a bit of confidence and not be afraid. Norwich are dangerous as are all the teams in this division, perhaps bar one.

All managers in this division are under pressure. I do not have the stats but I would guess there have been more sackings here this season that in the premiership.

I think 'express yourself' means 'try a bit of the fancy dan stuff you do in training that comes off because your team mates aren't ever going to put in a proper tackle and end up looking a right arse, give the ball away and allow a team that break quickly and work to a structure to rush up the other end and score. Probably more than once.'

Not sure those quotes fill me with any confidence in the manager, in fact I know those quotes don't fill me with any confidence at all. I want him to succeed, but I think he sounds like he's run out of ideas, or simply his experience isn't up to it, could he be on borrowed time?
