Albion should have Joao Teixeira back for Rotherham's visit tomorrow.
First choice Full-backs Joe Bennett and Bruno could also return to contention for the clash at the Amex.
Teixeira missed Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Huddersfield after suffering concussion in the defeat by Middlesbrough at the Amex last Saturday.
The Portugese playmaker on loan from Liverpool has been monitored this week by the medical staff. They told boss Sami Hyypia that Teixeira needed to be tested and under observation for six days.
Hyypia is also hopeful that Bennett (hamstring) and Bruno (groin) will be involved against promoted, who are unbeaten for four games and 14th, six places and four points above the Seagulls.
