Unable to buy on line for family stand and south stand

Why is it not possible to buy seats on line for the family stands E1 A,B,C and G, and also South S1 D, E and F?
Ages for chilidren are on their profile, so how does buying on the phone make it better. Using the phone line is not a pleasant, with long waits and costs.
Last year - this was possible

Family stand have to bought by phone or in person, as we like to make the one-adult-one-child ratio clear - as we only allowed family groups in this area.

The south stand we release blocks as we sell them, moving from the corner over to behind the goal, and it also depends on how many tickets the away club takes as to whether all those blocks are available.
