I wouldn't let it get to this stage as I wouldn't be on here moaning about it that's for sure. Plenty of time to sort this out.

The club said yesterday its all down to the new ticketing system. As with all new things, you will ALWAYS get issues. They also said if it didnt turn up for whatever reason, they would provide a paper ticket for you. Further to this, if you actually contact the club and/or Paul Barber instead of whining on here, something could have actually got sorted.

You said your post turns up at 11AM, so why not do anything yesterday afternoon ?

Basically, a thread whining about the club and other idiots trying to force their anti-Albion agenda on you by trying to get you to boycott the club.

To be honest Hawk, and I'm very much Pro-club, the club have said not to contact them before Saturday if the new smartcard doesn't turn up, it shouldn't be down to the OP to have to queue up to correct the club's mistake, no advance ticket means no subsidised travel and it's all an unnecessary pain in the backside that could have been avoided. Maybe the OP has been a bit of a drama queen and it isn't the end of the world but for a professional organisation taking a huge chunk of money for a season ticket it isn't good enough.
