Things are on course to be completed on time, and we anticipate all works to be finished by the end of August."
Paul Barber

Brighton & Hove Albion's supporter services team have begun despatching season-ticket smartcards to all new season-ticket holders, and renewers who've moved seats or changed age range.
*
Other renewing season-ticket holders, who've NOT moved seat or changed age bracket are once again reminded that they should continue to use their existing smartcard.
*
Meanwhile, this summer has seen the club install a brand new online ticketing website and refurbish the ticket office at the Amex, as part of the club's ongoing commitment to improving the matchday experience. As part of the online migration from the old website, the club is yet to transfer Seagulls Priority scheme loyalty points across to the new website, and as such, at this stage Supporter Services are unable to provide an up-to-date balance.

This work will be undertaken in due course, and fans' loyalty balances will be correctly restored to include this season's ticketing transactions. We will provide an update once work is completed.
*
Also, upgrades for season-ticket holders from Seagulls Priority silver membership to gold (auto-cup scheme) and platinum (auto-cup and away season-ticket) will not be available until December 2014.
*
Speaking earlier in the close season Paul Barber commented, "The work being undertaken will create external ticket windows on the north side of the Amex to make collections and ticket enquiries much easier on matchdays - and create more space for fans wanting to visit the store.
*
"Things are on course to be completed on time, and we anticipate all works to be finished by the end of August. This will mean a small amount of temporary change for the first four matches - but it will be minimal and should not impact fans' enjoyment of coming to the Amex."[h=2]UPCOMING HOME FIXTURES[/h][h=3]ALBION V SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY[/h]SATURDAY 9TH AUGUST, KICK-OFF 3PM
