Looking forward to it.
But in anyones book that is a shitty start.
Cant believe they have wheeled out Barrowman. And the lyrics to that song are appalling.
Embarrassing so far

Can't wait for the rhythmic and artistic gymnastics. Shame there isn't any acro or tumbling, but beggars can't be choosers.

I hope the athletes who have worked so hard to get there from all nations enjoy it.

Sadly, the only thing that will make me watch it, is if they set fire to Alex Salmond with the torch!

Are the dribbling moaners really that upset to be missing Eastenders?

It absolutely screams small budget nonsense.

There's a touch of the Eurovision about it, isn't there?

I can't wait to see if they BOO the English team when they come out. They politely applauded the bloke singing God Save the Queen (at Celtic Park!), so maybe our athletes might escape a Glasgow Kiss.

My guess is that it will go politely quiet and Salmond will have a grin like a Cheshire cat.

The guy with his arse on back to front has been hit by a bus and had his back broken.

Too pissed to care though.

Barrowman will love him.

Oooh, surprise! They cheered!

Unexpected. It's going to be a No vote, isn't it?

Who knew the Norfolk Islands existed before tonight, by the way?

Hah! Lots of people.

Anyone who knows the story of Mutiny on the Bounty will know of them. The place is still full of Fletcher Christians descendents.

It gets quite a few tourists from the Oceania region.

Fair enough. I thought that was Pitcairn Island.

Well when my mother went there for a holiday there seemed to be a lot of people with that surname there too.

Or maybe she got confused when they said there's lots of christians there :lolol:

Nope, I just googled it and Norfolk Island was populated by settlers from the Pitcairn Islands in the 19th century. Another island where most people have the family name Christian.

So you're spot on.
