The amazing Mr. Paul Barber was also very good when it came to the Palace fans daughter and getting a space for that in the programme

Half Ironman completed on Saturday in 5 hours and 42 minutes, just getting prepared for the 100 mile cycle on Sunday followed the next week by a Track Marathon. I would like to thank you all for generous donations and support it is very much appreciated. Russ

Surrey 100 completed in horrendous conditions, crashed hard in Dorking at about 20mph but managed to complete course in 4hours 17minutes. So now just a Mararthon on Saturday. Have added this just for a bit of fun 106 laps of an athletics track!!!
