Those using the print-at-home option for the first time should read the following instructions carefully.
Print-at-home tickets are delivered as a PDF document attached to the confirmation email.
The PDF must be printed as it features the entry barcode.
One A4 sheet of paper must be used for each ticket and the barcode printed clearly and please ensure your printer is in good working order and the barcode is not blurry or faint.
Failure to print the ticket correctly may mean you will have to queue to have your tickets reprinted – and long queues are expected.*

If your print at home ticket was sent to the wrong email address we are unable to reissue it as a print at home ticket and you must call the Albion Booking Line for a printed duplicate ticket which will need to be collected.*
If your print at home ticket has not arrived, please check your spam folder and if you are still unable to locate it, contact the Albion Booking Line to arrange a duplicate ticket on 0844 327 1901 option 2.
