Hi insider,
I was buying 4 tickets for the derby home match and one of which was an adult ticket when it should have been a u18 ticket. As they were my friends and family, not myself i wasn't able to use the drop down menu to select u18.
In the end I decided to buy the tickets and deal with paying extra later.
Where and how can I get refunded the extra £15 i had paid?
