So although Me & my 2 daughters have been a season ticket holder for over 5 years I am not allowed to buy a Away Ticket yet due to being 8 points short of the 1225 they asking for.

Where do they come up with these limits

Understand the frustration, but there are approximately 2,700 STHs with a higher number of loyalty points. It may be that they don't all take their option of a match ticket; so you may still be lucky. We do appreciate your support - but unfortunately there will always be someone just the wrong side of the threshold.
