Brighton & Hove Albion's pre-season programme is yet to be finalised but the club can confirm it will include a nine-day trip to the La Manga region of Spain between 9th and 18th July.
This summer both the senior and under-21 squads will travel to Spain for separate training camps and be based at locations in close proximity to one another.
Head of football operations David Burke says the full schedule will be announced in due course and explained the rationale behind the decision. He said, "We know the tour is very popular with supporters, so while we haven't finalised the full fixture list we are aware that many fans want to come on the tour and felt it would help to confirm these dates as early as possible.
"The support in recent years has been terrific so this year we felt it would be good to have both teams close together meaning supporters can see up to five matches - with first likely to be on the Friday 11th or Saturday 12th, and the final game probably on the evening of Friday 18th.
"Game dates are not finalised but we will announce those as soon as possible, and we are also looking at a fan event during the week, possibly an open training session or evening barbecue, so we can show our appreciation to those coming out to support the two teams."
