Yeah agree, Chelsea really do bugger off a lot of supporters. I'm also happy for Liverpool!

This too. One of my oldest friends has supported Liverpool for his whole life, giving me a soft spot for them. Plus Gerrard winning the league will finally shut up those idiots who claim Lampard is/was better than him due to Gerrard having never won a title.

I guess players get booked for sarcastic applause so sarcasm may not save Jose

You can only begin to imagine the trouble Mourinho is in after that press conference. Astounding.

I'm with Hoddle on this one. And I've never thought I'd ever say that.

Mourinho has stepped forward to give the press a target - himself - rather than his team, who need all the free space that is going, to take the pressure off them in the run up to the end of the Champions League campaign. The man is a brilliant tactician and today's post-match performance proves it.

As we go into two home games against teams doing as well as Sunderland, we need to remember results like this happen. Patience may be required.

Absolutely - that's what he does. But he's going to get the biggest bollocking of his career. And rightly so.

But it's all so predictable, and yet the press lap it up, instead of ignoring the rhetoric and asking the pertinent questions.

For once in his Sunderland tenure, I wished Poyet well.

The lack of any class in Chelsea, Terry, Mourinho, Ramirez (premeditated violent, yet again), and the coach spitting vile trying to get to the official .... all sum up Chelsea. Their fans are over the moon to have Mourinho back, and they are right, they ARE suited perfectly to each other.

A lot of the media and fans of other PL clubs, have said in recent weeks that they would prefer Liverpool to win the PL, and the events of this evening at Stamford Bridge reinforce that view I think.

I hate all this scouse love in rubbish.

The greatest trick the devil played was convincing the world he didn't exist - somehow the scousers convinced everyone they're lovable happy chappies, the atmosphere at anfield is the best in the world and they don't have as many plastic fans as man utd - all myths and all utter utter bollocks!!!! Horrible fans and a horrible football club.

Your pain and hatred shines through. Abram buying those giant plastic flags and piping Chelsea songs on the PA, still couldn't generate an atmosphere.

I was at the game today, has a free ticket from a friend.
Chelsea were very poor - especially for a team in the last 4 of the Champions League.
Sunderland held on and defended with 10 behind the ball well, Wickham was outstanding, would have been a huge coup to get him here, definite England International right there.
All in all happy that Chelsea lost and Sunderland will still go down.
Our facilities match Chelsea, food is better, seats are better, atmosphere wasn't bad to be fair. Sunderland fans seemed like a decent lot.

All we need now is Chelski to give their 'fans' a bit of hope in the Champions League first leg to then have it snatched from them in the second.
