0-2 down with a minute to go and you think you might miss something: like the train!

Glory. Nine successive wins should do it.

Ask paul pring to forecast the results. I have already spent my Play0ff Final dosh on a new TV to watch the World Cup.

When you see the run-in, it makes the recent run of results and abject performances even more annoying.

It really was ours for the taking. Middlesboro and Ipswich home games were pivotal.

With our run in it should have been easy but we have made our own problems although not out of it yet especially if AFCB can draw with Reading.

Reading have a tricky run in. If Bournemouth maintain their current form I can see them squeezing in.

e.g.

Reading

Bournemouth (a) 1-1
Leicester (h) 1-2
Wigan (a) 1-3
Middlesbrough (h) 1-0
Doncaster (a) 4-1
Burnley (h)

+7 = 70

Nottingham Forest

Sheff Wed (h) 3-1
QPR (a) 1-2
Birmingham (h) 3-0
Leeds (a) 0-1
Bournemouth (a) 0-2
Brighton (h)

+6 = 64

Brighton

Leicester (a) 2-1
Charlton (h) 0-0
Huddersfield (a) 0-1
Blackpool (h) 4-1
Yeovil (h) 2-2
Forest (a)

+8 = 66

Ipswich

Huddersfield (a) 1-0
Doncaster (h) 2-0
Watford (a) 0-3
Bournemouth (h) 2-1
Burnley (a) 0-2
Sheff Wed (h)

+9 = 67

Bournemouth

Reading (h) 1-1
Yeovil (a) 4-0
Sheff Wed (h) 1-1
Ipswich (a) 1-0
Forest (h) 2-0
Millwall (a)

+11 = 69

Blackburn

QPR (h) 1-0
Sheff Wed (a) 0-1
Yeovil (h) 1-0
Birmingham (a) 1-0
Charlton (a) 0-0
Wigan (h)

+10 = 66

Watford

Leeds (h) 0-0
Millwall (a) 2-1
Ipswich (h) 3-0
QPR (a) 1-1
Derby (a) 1-2
Charlton (a) 0-0
Huddersfield (h)

+9 = 62

Do I have to wait until the end of the season to label you pessimistic, or will it vindicate you as a realist?

I was being optimistic too!

Said two weeks go Bournemouth would make the play offs.

They will, if they beat reading.

Think we will end up 12th, no wins from remaining games and 2 goals.

Reading will get 6th place and then win the playoffs.

As many goals as that.

You Osbore will push the boat out and think it will be an exciting run in then

If Bournemouth do us a favour and get something against Reading, and we do the near-impossible and beat Leicester, you really shouldn't rule us out because we have the ideal run-in. (Even playing Forest away could play into our hands)
