Buckley scored two clinical goals in yesterday's 2-0 win at Bolton and Albion's assistant head coach enthused, “They were two excellent finishes.*
"Even before the first goal, their keeper made an outstanding save; then the finish was quite emphatic. For the second he got in behind and he finished with real aplomb. He took both goals very well.
“If we can keep will fit then he is a fantastic player for us, he is very important to us and he gives us that something a bit different. He has that pace that stretches teams but we have to be conservative with him at times. We are very happy to have him at the club.”
