Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are recruiting a team of Grounds Persons to work under the Head of Grounds Maintenance, to be based at our inspirational new £30m Academy and training facility currently under construction at Lancing, West Sussex. *
The training facility is expected to be fully functioning in July 2014 but we would expect the newly appointed post-holders to commence their employment with us during May 2014.

• The site consists of 14 pitches of natural grass and artificial grass surfaces over a total area of 40 acres.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a career in grounds maintenance.*
• Salary will be commensurate with skills, experience and IOG guidelines.
• Hours will be a minimum of 40 per week but the post holder must be flexible depending on fixtures and usage of facility. *Some weekend working will be required.
