And who gets to decided and enforce the amount people are allowed to earn before they have to start doshing it out to the poor? Sounds like the start of a nasty communist world order in the making.

A lot of "rich" people aren't cash rich they are asset rich. Are we suggesting they have to sell their assets off?

It's not the 85 richest people who are depriving a lot or poor people of better lives. It's their corrupt governments and own poor personal decisions that lead to their poverty.

it would be a total and utter waste of money distributing wealth in a great deal of African nations due to their Governments being so corrupt and non plussed about their own peoples poverty.
