Why? Every dog or indeed Seagull has his day. Did you weep when Fozzie hung up his headband?

Speroni has been Palace's main keeper for going on a decade. Name the last Albion keeper to last that long, mate.
Kuipers.

Probably Perry Digweed - 81-93. Next question. Yep, I did weep when Fozzie finally went.

*How did I forget Kuipers. 10 years too.

4 and a half year deal for Puncheon, who turns 28 in the summer? Mentalists.

Puncheon has played a blinder there. Got himself a perm contract to free up a loan space for Ince, and now it looks like Ince isn't coming.

Would be horrible if he actually wanted to go to Cardiff. But for Moyes he'd be playing at Selhurst again next week :tantrum:

Dream on mate. London...Moyes didn't want him to go to LONDON you lot are in Surrey.

Admittedly the shitty bit of North Surrey.

How's the Spanish wonderboy getting on, by the way?

http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?283124-Palace-sign-Spain-U20-s-Captain/page51&highlight=jose+campana

Wait- he's barely played and now you're binning him off to a mediocre Bundesliga side for free?

He's going on loan to the Bundesliga, yep. By all accounts he's got a shit attitude. Shame, he's a bloody talented player but can't seem to knuckle down.

Oh well. We hardly spent anything on him (£1m) so it's not a big a deal if it doesn't work out.

So with three and a half hours to go Palace have spent close on £5 mill without strengthening the team really.

They have paid £3 mill for league 1 goalkeeper that may not play due to Speroni playing well and they have paid £1.75 mill for a player they already had playing.
So no stronger then?

Daily Mirror Ed Malyon says Palace will make THREE signings today:

As revealed exclusively by Mirror Football this week, Crystal Palace are hoping to bring in three players before the end of the transfer window.

Blackburn Rovers defender Scott Dann, Wigan defender Ivan Ramis, and Celtic midfielder Joe Ledley are all expected to make moves.

One player who is looking less likely to end up at Selhurst Park is Thomas Ince, it is thought that Stoke City have swooped in and hi-jacked the bid

Missing out on Ince could prompt Pulis to return for Brighton winger Will Buckley, despite Albion's reluctance to sell.

Would imagine Ince will go through, if only because Blackpool don't want to pay him to sit on his arse during the summer.

All been a bit of a shambles really.

Totally pissed off the signings they are making and are potentially making now compared to ours shows the gulf between us. That bloody play off defeat has far reaching consequences!!!

Have you only just realised that? :lolol:

I'm not sure I'd class Hennessey, Dann & Puncheon as dream signings in all honesty, but at least that means I'll sleep easily, unlike, it seems, you.
