Yeah for Chestnut.
The swim is by far the shortest part and will fly by. I never swam for more than 1 hour in training and got through the 90 minute swim easy.
It's the bike where an Ironman is made or lost.

Running is the hardest discipline for me. I'm not (and never have been) a good runner
