So has the rev, I been advocating more all weather pitches for training and playing for younger players however the cost of hire is to much. Seeing little kids trying to beat the grass and mud before the opposition no wonder we are struggling to develope the skills early.:goal:

To be fair Oscar has had experience in implementing what he says regarding the youth setup.
