Watched the live stream so undoubtably a few opinions will differ to those who were there but...

Koosh: 6. Had little to do but could have maybe done better with their goal

Bruno: 8. Looked composed and threatening.
Greer: 6. A few lose passes and got us in to trouble near the end but other wise solid.
Upson: 9 (MOM). Fantastic again. Strong at the back and almost scored in the first half.
Ward. 6. Thought he looked a bit out of sorts at times but an ok performance.

Ince: 7. Strong and powerful in the centre of the field and won most of the battles against the likes of Hughes.
Andrews: 4. Poor performance from him today. Shooting was sloppy and off the ball he looked lost. The break that lead to their goal should have been cleared up by him before they got past the half way line IMO.
JFC: 6. Got invovled in the first half, made some good tackles and a few good passes but faded in the 2nd half.

Dave: 6. Not a terrible performance but not a particularly good one either. Lacks pace and could be better utlised as a central attacking midfielder IMO.
Orlandi: 7. Didn't looked sharp but was involved in most of out forward play.

Ulloa: 5. Looked dejected and uninterested in the first half. Didn't get the rub of the green from the ref which seemed to affect his confidence and commitment. Poor overall.

Subs:

March: 6. Pacy and direct but didn't show the class he did against Reading in the FA cup. Should have started IMO.
Obika: 5. 11 minutes on the pitch and not enough time to really make any meaningful impact on the game.
Agustien: 5. As above.

Judging by his positioning and reaction it looked like he switched off a bit assuming a freekick would be given.

Thought that JFC was a crap as Andrews today, if not worse.

Just on train back. Can't believe we lost.

Can't be bothered to do ratings but Greer, JFC and Andrews were shit. March looked lively on a positive note but we were poor, as were Derby.

You need to sort out your Internet connection if you think Kuszczak could have done more for their goal.

how on earth did solly look lively- he touched it twice. Once running after ball when it went out of play for a goal kick and only other time when he ran with it for 5 yards then lost it. He did not get into the game IMHO

He battled, more than could be said for others. The only player on the pitch with any pace as well.

Think you've got most of this right, especially Andrews, but might be awarding all players one point or half a point too high.

Koosh 5: Kicking a bit erratic, not a lot to do other than the goal and one late easy save.
Bruno 6: Looking better all the time, quite flairtastic at times, but final ball could be better.
Greer 6: Good in the main but lost possession in some dangerous positions.
Upson 8: Head and shoulders above the rest
Ward 6: Reasonably solid

JFC 5: Some nice touches but drifted out of the match too often
Andrews 5: Good defensively in the main, but finishing woeful. The lynch mob have their new poster boy though after Barnes has left
Lopez 5: Peripheral for most of match
Ince 6: Battled hard but lacked finesse when required
Orlandi 6: Sublime at times, but there weren't enough of them

Ulloa 5: Anonymous first half, improved as match progressed but little support from teammates or referee.

Subs

Agustein 4: Meh squared
March 5: Started well then disappeared
Obika 4: One half chance but preferred to keep his shirt clean rather than dive and head the ball.

Was going to type my scores, but then saw that El Pres had done it for me, so no need.

We'd have been better off if Andrews hadn't travelled. Bleeding awful. Ince or Upson for MOM for me, but I have to say that Ulloa seemed less than committed. Poor display that, even with all of those godawful displays, we should still have got a point from.

Not sure whether to be encouraged cos we came close, despite the mediocrity, or be horribly depressed cos we weren't better than that.

ps What have we got to lose by benching Ulloa and starting Obika at Port Vale?
