I went to bed feeling sad and have woken up with the same sense of sadness.

The Albion without Adam El-Abd around is a poorer place, I feel.

If we can keep hold of him, Ince would be my shout for a possible 300 Albion appearances, maybe if Dunk hadn't had his 'distraction' he might have been halfway there by now as well.
