I think my top 3 would have to be:

Jona Lewie -Stop in the Cavalry - purely because of the "DUBBA DUBBA DUM DUM, DUBBA DUBBA DUM...."
Chris Rea - Driving Home for Christmas - it's a classic
Wham! - Last Christmas - you need a proper cheesy one in there

Having said that, my first hearing of Slade always marks the start of the festive season for me.

Happy Christmas (War is over) by John Lennon is probably my favourite.

I like most of the Phil Spectre ones too but couldn't single one out. They make me feel more Christmassy possibly because I was about 6 or 7 when they were around.

I believe in father Christmas - Greg Lake

Closely followed by..........

Innocents song - Show of hands

Innocents Song! Bit too jolly for me, how about "Crow On The Cradle"?

What about some Christmas Album recommendations?" Three in recent years are worth a listen, "Tinsel and Lights" by Tracey Thorn, "Strange Communion" by Thea Gilmore and "Funny Looking Angels" by Smith and Burrows. I believe even Erasure have released one this year and the new Nick Lowe "Quality Street - A Seasonal Selection For All The Family" is excellent but then he does nothing but imho.

Not forgetting the imaginatively titled "Jethro Tull's Christmas Album"
