Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are recruiting a skilled Head Grounds Person to work under the Head of Grounds Maintenance, to be based at our inspirational new £30m Academy and training facility currently under construction at Lancing, West Sussex.*The training facility is expected to be fully functioning in July 2014 but we would expect the post-holder to commence employment with us in February 2014.*
The site consists of 14 pitches of natural grass and artificial grass surfaces over a total area of 40 acres.
The successful applicant must be an excellent manager of people, be highly organised and a genuine team player with high professional standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role.
Salary will be commensurate with skills, experience and IOG guidelines.
Hours will be a minimum of 40 per week but the post holder must be flexible depending on fixtures and usage of facility.
