Within a few weeks we should be a lot healthier and we are looking forward to the international break for that"
Nathan Jones
Liam Bridcutt (hernia), Andrea Orlandi (knee) and Kemy Agustien (calf) have all returned to training but Nathan Jones has confirmed they will not be rushed back into action. He told seagulls.co.uk, “Obviously we’ve got a bit of good news with Liam and Kemy training well and Andrea is also getting into a little bit of a rhythm.
“But in terms of tangible things to say – like they’re ready for tomorrow – we’re still slightly limited.
“Within a few weeks we should be a lot healthier and we are looking forward to the international break for that, but in reality, we’re in the same situation.”
Leo Ulloa (foot), Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles), Will Hoskins (knee) and Kazenga LuaLua (knee) remain longer-term absentees.
Meanwhile, Rovers boss Gary Bowyer expects to have experienced midfielder David Dunn available for Saturday's game.
Having last played at the end of October, Dunn has over-come a knee injury and could feature at the Amex, while Grant Hanley and Dickson Etuhu could also be involved.
Matt Killgallon and Tommy Spurr, who has shaken off an ankle injury, should also be available to Bowyer, but DJ Campbell (suspended), Paul Robinson and Corry Evans remain absent.
