Android Tablet advice please

One of the worst must be microsoft. I bought a lap top which had office 10 installed with windows 7 but after 8 months it is asking me for the activation code to use it which obviously I dont have so contacted Asus who said I need to contact microsoft. I have sent 3 e mails/ contact forms and received back their automated receipt with a number to say they have received it but as yet no answer or reply from them. The first was 10 days ago.

The plus point is my wife's tablet is now up and running ok thanks to advice on here from CPFC G.
