Rules for Family Stand Tickets

I've recently moved season tickets (2 adult, 2 U10) from WSL to S1A, the new family stand, for the 2013/14 season. After bumping in to a post elsewhere that suggested that you cannot upgrade family stand tickets, or that you can but only if you have at least one child, or only if there is a certain ratio at the end, and variations on same please could you clarify the specifics around how the family stand seating works? Specifically,

  • If two adults and one child go is that okay?
  • If one of the children does not go and we upgrade the ticket to an adult (so three adults and one child) is that okay?
  • If neither child goes and we upgrade the tickets to adults (so four adults and no children) is that okay?
