Have the club got any plans to try and address the fire drill that is now a regular occurrence from 80 minutes onwards?

Unfortunately, people don't want to wait in a queue for half an hour/40 minutes, so are leaving early, Saturday was worse than ever.

How about:

additional park and ride site (meaning shorter queues elsewhere) especially for those coming from the north ie an alternative to Mill Road.

Stewards who make sure the busses are full.

More busses.

Flip up seats on the walls of the concourses, to encourage people to stay.

Discounted food AND drink after games.

This is an age-old problem at football, and while we can ask fans not to leave early, or adopt processes to encourage them to stay, we cannot force them to.

You raise quite a few points, so I will cover them in turn:

- The club has been exploring the possibility of an additional park and ride site but cannot find one that works financially and operationally. There are quite a few factors to consider, location, ease and speed in which buses can get to and from the Amex, and of course cost.

- Each bus has a occupancy limit which bus company employees and our stewards have to abide by.

- We currently have 43 busses operating on a match day and there is nothing to suggest that having more buses would make any difference to the problem you have highlighted.

- With regard to flip-up seats on the walls of the concourses, to encourage people to stay. We have been experimenting with this in the north stand, but no-one has used it yet!

- We have discounted food and drink after games, and we will continue to have offers at some matches.
