I totally understand the decision to announce the tickets sold rather than actual attendees, especially as it appears to have become the industry standard, so to speak. Can you confirm:
1. Does the club monitor the "bums-on-seats" number as well?
2. Is "Attendance %" (i.e. 'attended' as a proportion of 'bought a ticket') a useful KPI for the club at any level? In regard to matchday revenue targets, I'd venture yes?
Regardless - please add my support to the publication of the actual attendance figures (without confusing everyone.)
