It's asking you to also use your brain and make adjustments for lots of things its not saying Eddie Howe is the 2nd best manager in the country, its just showing how they are doing individually and if compared in a mass table.

I'm using my brain, and my brain is telling me it's a pointless comparison, apples to oranges, you don't get anything from this table you would otherwise get from the league tables.
