If you could pick one former Brighton player...

Abdul Razak.

If he promises to play like he did against Ipswich in every game. Still reckon that's the best individual performance from an Albion player at The Amex.

Gordon Smith or Bobby Smith.

Assuming the idea that the player would be elevated to be able to play and the equivalent standards of today's top flight players.

Bobby Smith would be like getting an Alan Shearer.

Gordon Smith would be like getting a Steven Fletcher.

My take on it.

Murray. Then stick him straight in the development squad.

Zamora, Bennett, Murray, Barry, Wood

Given wages and age etc. it's tough now we have Ulloa else it would have been Wood. I'll go Bennett as rather be optimistic and think he could make the team at one of the 3 attacking mid positions we are deep at. Zamora and Barry while the best right now would be shithouse in a couple of years and now would cost too much in wages even given the 'fantasy' aspect of this signing.

Yes. Bobby Zamora for me!....out of interest did you see him play for us on a regular basis?

No, I always had football training on Saturdays as a kid.
I do struggle to comprehend Brighton having an amazing, reliable striker to be honest.
