It looked liked a Third World country on Saturday (a bit like the approach to a township in South Africa) .. litter strewn as far as you could see on either side of the footpath. I am sure nothing has been done by the council to clear it up.
So pissed off I wrote to the City Council and, give them their due, received an immediate response saying they would look into it. Will wait to see if that means they will take any action ... or just look into it!
They won't place litter bins along the path as they say they attract even more litter. Impossible for there to be more than is there already.
No doubt it is all caused by University students, but should any Albion supporters be litter louts, PLEASE STOP IT!
