I thought it was a more outrageous version of this that was leaked, the theory being that when this was unveiled, it didn't look as offensive as the 'fake'. I could be wrong, mind...

I thought you meant the original 2 'pinstripe' bhafc kits in the OP, rather than the grim scouse mockups. You're right, those are precise, if disturbing photoshop jobs.
