There appears to have been an increase in the cost of replacement tickets from £3 to £10 and replacement cards from £10 to £25.
Why haven't the club publicised these particularly as the latter appears to contravene the club charter?
The intention is clear, to drive people towards the official ticket exchange (a nice earner for the club), but as this only operates when the match is sold out it is of no use on other occasions.
I would have thought that the club would rather have "bums on seats" with the associated spending on food etc but these measures are going to lead to many more empty seats and in cases such as mine non renewal of season tickets (I cannot attend evening games due to my location).
