Can you record a Radio prog from Iplayer?

Rather than use WiFi or 3G does anyone know if you can record a radio programme off Iplayer so you can keep it and play it when you like? Thanks.

Yes, it's an application. For a Mac. For PCs, I think audacity works and is free. Which was the programme you wished to record?

Iplayer itself will let you download most things to keep for 30 days anyway I think ?
