Well, that's not quite all there is to it. It says "he may not feature again" - which isn't that shocking anyway seeing as he is behind LuaLua and Buckley in the pecking order, and about even with Assulin.

He has injury problems that he has been playing through, and they want him to get properly sorted, but with a reasonable chance of him still featuring - especially if we made the playoffs.

We were told yesterday he almost tries to hide injuries so desperate is he to play. He face shows no emotion of signs of pain when they check him out. Gus did mention Nooney had a hamstring problem right at the end of the conference.

He got kicked to pieces by Portsmouth didn't he? And Blackpool as well I believe. So 2 games he was a marked man. Both those were quite heavy punishment to his little legs, no wonder he's injured :glare:

He took a battering at Coventry and went off with his hamstring gone. Missed several games, but did he come back too soon? Only he and the medical staff may know?
