Mongolian is great for big parties. or Casa Don Carlos, they have 2 sittings, 7-9 and 9-closing. Get the 7-9 and hit the bars.
Shaolin - the Mongolian you pay a set price, can't remember what and you go up to the chef's and tell them what you want and they cook it there and then. Keep going up as many times as you want. They will also recommend dishes and tell if you really should not mix things that you have chosen.
