Easily, although 30% of the crowd would be cheering on United/City/Pool/theChels.

The new capacity is gonna be 30,750 isn't it?

We've never got within 750 of the current capacity with no seats lost to segregation so we're bound to lose more in the new set-up as there will have to be buffer seats between us and the away fans in both the south and east stands. c.29,000 will be the effective max.

Along time ago back in the day when games were not ticketed and you had no commitment around season tickets we bagged 33000 paying on the gate. I know it was £1.50 but point proved I think. Albion 3 Spurs 1.

True, and 30750 is the absolute max, no telling we'd fit all them in bound I be 200 or so less.

"Glass is half full" thread.......................W hy place such an emphasis on a 30,000 crowd figure. If we were firstly fortunate enough to get in to the pemiership and then secondly get crowds in the region of 29,500+ would anyone be moaning?

Can't help thinking that if we did start to pull in crowds of around 30,000 there would be several posting on here about all the JCLs and how they don't deserve to jump on the Albion band wagon...................
