I have spoken to Dave Baker, The Stadium manager to confirm Friday 23/4/04.
The hospitality, stewards and st johns ambulance is the responsibility of the club and I have e mailed them today regarding these issues. The manager and players cannot attend as they will be travelling to Bristol. I hope Dick Knight can attend.
I have asked Fatboy to arrange a players sponsorship form and can Kev of CPFC do the same.
Any donations for the raffle will be appreciated. Please contact me with any donations.
Can the players confirm they will all pay £ 10 on the night as this will cover the cost of the trophies.
Can we confirm we have balls, ball boys and kit arranged.

I will sort out the squad by the weekend. I'm not going to have anytime until Sunday to do anything now as i actually have a job.

Thank Beach Hut and Fatboy for organising these matters. Any queries regarding the event from now on should be directed to Lord Bracknell who is the events co ordinator from now on.
