Pretty impressive! Will be interesting to see if he's got the players to make it work when it comes to competitive fixtures (that said we've still got to see if we can continue to play our game with success!).

Nice, I don't remember Rochdale playing quite like that last season. I recall Keith Hill being very complimentary about our football last year.
Never mind Barnsley, let's hope we have got the players to make it work this season!

Brilliant. Got to say that was some amazingly controlled and patient build up play very simialr to the Albion last season.

What does it say about British football, and the mentality therein.

It almost appears, esp lower down the league, but sadly not exclusively, the sudden realisation that you keep the ball until you've drawn enough of the opposition forward, then hit them with a quick break when you have the defence stretched, is a good thing.

It's a shame 2022 World Cup is in Qatar, we might have actually been able to compete beyond the quarters.
Sadly someone will work out that long ball, 1 lump up from will be the way to go, in those conditions.

Good video but we've come to expect football like that in the Gus era. We've truly been spoilt and hopefully Barnsley will do well playing their way and take some points off our top half competition. Can see them being safe themselves despite no star players if they stick to that style of footie. Thought Hill was a good manager last season and Barnslet like Burnley will do well because of their good British managers. Can't say that in the Prem too often these days but good to see in the Championship.
