Tickets in the post

Hi Insider, please can something be done to ensure that tickets for away games are posted out more promptly once purchased. On 3-4 occassions this season the tickets have only arrived on the Friday / Saturday for the match that weekend despite being ordered well in advance. Last weeks Watford tickets didnt arrive at all and had to be collected from the ground. Many thanks.

We are relying on the away clubs getting these to us, and with regard to the Watford tickets did not arrive with us until the Monday before the game. The ticket office then had to process and despatch 4000 tickets. I can assure you the last thing the ticket office want to be doing is arranging duplicates on a Friday.
