My ticket hasn't arrived yet and I can't get through to anyone on the ticket office, what shall i do ?

In this circumstance, you need to contact the ticket office, reading this at 14.30 so not much I can do now. I hope you managed to sort this (but PM me your mobile if not and you are at Bournemouth ticketless I will see if I can do anything this late on)!
