+ 3 application forms advice needed

Hi,

I am using my mates +3 to get x3 season tickets, need to ask a couple of questions we are all paying in full but 1 of the applications card runs out on 03/11 so wondering when money will be taken as don't want this being bounced back as not paid and he won't get his ticket.

Also are the forms read manually or are the computer read, as 1 has a error on it which has been crossed out and re written? If the computer can't read can another form (s) be sent?

His presentation is on 25th Jan so bit worried all will be okay.

I think it will be taken on the day of purchase. So you should be okay. Forms will be fine. If they need to be refilled, they can at the presentation.
